The Year 2016 is beginning its count down. Regardless if you believe in New Year’s Resolution or not we all begin to think about all the things we said we were going to do at the beginning of 2016. We have accomplished some goals and others are still where we left them. The Focus of Health and Fitness always seems to come up during this time of the Year but it is still put on the back burner.
I know all that is possible when a person puts their health first. I am a product of it. I was overweight, busy with my children, eating on the run, exercising here and there and wearing all black clothes. My Health was the last thing on my mind. Until one day I wanted more for myself and my children. I wanted to play with them and feel good not tired all the time.
The Moment I decided to Do Me my life began to change. It was not a quick fix it was taking one day at a time and never giving up. I noticed the small changes in my life with more energy.
Every aspect of my life began to get better. My job performance, exercise, eating habits, skin, handling stress and physical activity all became better. I spoke more positive and recognized the power of the tongue reflects how you feel about yourself.
All I ask from December is that you take a moment to reflect on the part of your life that I focus on first. Your Health.
